Step 2: Phone Consultation
After reviewing your intake form, we will schedule a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your pets, routines, behavior, medical needs, scheduling expectations, home access preferences, and any questions you may have about our services and policies.
This conversation allows us to create a care plan tailored specifically to your household and helps us determine the best sitter match for your pets.
Step 3: Complete Your Client Profile & Request Services
Once approved to move forward, you will receive access to our secure online client portal. Here, you will complete your detailed pet and household profiles and submit service requests.
Your profile should include:
- Pet feeding instructions and routines
- Veterinary information
- Medications and medical needs
- Behavioral notes and fears/triggers
- Emergency contacts
- Home care instructions
- Alarm, lockbox, keypad, or garage access details
- Favorite toys, enrichment activities, and routines
The more detailed your profile is, the better we can provide consistent, personalized care for your pets.
Step 4: In-Home Pet Sitter Meet & Greet
Before services begin, we schedule an in-home meet-and-greet with your primary pet sitter. This visit allows everyone to become comfortable and helps ensure a smooth experience once care begins.
During the meet-and-greet, we will:
- Meet your pets and learn their routines
- Review feeding, walking, medications, and enrichment
- Go over home access procedures
- Locate supplies and cleaning items
- Discuss safety information and emergency contacts
- Answer any final questions
This visit is an important part of building trust and creating a positive experience for both pets and owners.
Step 5: Services Begin with Digital Journals & Updates
Once services begin, you can relax knowing your pets are receiving professional, compassionate care in the comfort of their own home.
After each visit, your sitter will provide detailed digital journals through our pet sitting software, including:
- Visit updates
- Potty and feeding information
- Medication confirmations
- Photos of your pets
- Behavior notes and highlights
- Communication regarding any concerns or changes
