Service Hours
Regular Pet Sitting, Dog Walking & Hourly Care Hours:
7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Additional fees may apply for services requested outside of regular hours.
Office & Communication Hours
Because our team is often out caring for pets, we do not keep set office hours. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
For non-urgent questions, please email, text, or leave a voicemail, and we will respond as soon as possible.
For after-hours emergencies, please call or text and leave a message so someone can be notified.

In-Home Pet Sitting
Our in-home pet sitting services are a great option for pets who are happiest and most comfortable in their own home. Visits may include:
- Vacation pet sitting visits
- Potty breaks for dogs
- Walks when appropriate
- Feeding and treats
- Fresh water at every visit
- Playtime, snuggles, and companionship
- Litter box, cage, or habitat cleaning
- Medication administration
- Cleaning up pet messes
- Bringing in mail or packages
- Watering plants
- Opening or closing shades
- Turning lights, TV, or radio on/off
- Emergency veterinary visits, when necessary; additional fees apply
Dog Walking
We offer dog walking and potty break services for clients who need regular or occasional support.
Dog walking services may include:
- Daily walks
- Weekly walking schedules
- Multiple visits per day
- Quick potty breaks
- Midday exercise and enrichment
- Routine support for busy workdays or long days away from home
Hourly Pet Care
Hourly care is ideal for pets who need extended companionship, supervision, or extra support beyond a standard visit.
Hourly care may be helpful for:
- Puppies or senior pets
- Pets with separation anxiety
- Evening plans or long days away
- Post-surgery or special care needs
- Pets who need extra attention, enrichment, or supervision
- Household routines that require more time than a standard visit
Hourly care may include potty breaks, feeding, playtime, medication, companionship, enrichment, and general care based on your pet’s needs.
