How Sitter Zones Work
Each pet sitter is assigned a primary service territory based on where they live and regularly work. During booking, we match clients with the most appropriate sitter based on:
- Location
- Schedule availability
- Pet needs
- Existing client relationships
- Backup coverage availability
In some cases, a small travel adjustment fee may apply when:
- A client is outside a sitter’s primary zone
- A substitute sitter is needed from another area
- Scheduling requires extended travel time
Any applicable travel adjustments will always be communicated clearly during scheduling.
